Metropolitan Corporation Lahore invites sealed bids for repair and maintenance of Quarter No.11-C, Corporation Colony, Chohan Road, Islampura, Lahore, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs 1.546 million with a completion period of six months. This tender is for a single residential quarter requiring comprehensive repair and maintenance works including structural repairs, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general renovation to restore the property to habitable condition. The procurement is being conducted through the e-PADS platform of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) under single stage one envelope bidding procedure using open competitive bidding method, with evaluation based on least cost selection methodology.
Eligible bidders must be registered or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 and above. Prospective bidders are required to submit earnest money deposit (EMD) in the form of a bank CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) of any scheduled bank equivalent to 3 percent of the estimated project cost. The original CDR must be produced to the Metropolitan Officer (Infrastructure) on the firm's letterhead on or before the bid closing time of 10:30 AM on 30 June 2026, otherwise the online bid submission will not be considered for evaluation. Bids must be submitted as PDF files through the EPADS portal and will be opened on the fixed date and time at Town Hall, Lahore.
