Description / Scope of Work
Metropolitan Corporation Lahore invites bids for repair and maintenance of Quarter No. 01-C located at Corporation Colony, Ferozepur Road, Islampura, Lahore, Punjab. The estimated contract value is PKR 2.332 million with a completion period of six months. This single-stage one-envelope tender is being procured through the e-PADS system of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) using open competitive bidding methodology and will be evaluated based on the least cost method. The project encompasses comprehensive repair and maintenance work to restore and upgrade the residential quarter to operational standards.
Eligible bidders must be registered or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 and above. Prospective contractors are required to submit earnest money in the form of a bank Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) valued at 3% of the estimated cost, equivalent to approximately PKR 0.070 million. The original CDR must be produced to the Metropolitan Officer (Infrastructure) on the letterhead of the applicant firm on or before the bid closing time of 10:30 AM on 30th June 2026, otherwise the online bid will not be entertained. All bids must comply with PPR 2024 regulations, and any e-bid found to be corrupt, containing virus, or unreadable will be rejected.
Bidding documents are available on the e-PADS portal at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must submit their proposals as PDF files through the e-PADS system. The bid opening will take place on 30th June 2026 at 11:00 AM in Town Hall, Lahore.
