Description / Scope of Work
The Local Purchase Division of Pakistan Navy, Sindh, invites sealed quotations for the procurement of multiple items including refrigerant gas R-407C for air conditioning systems, high-pressure rubber pipes with female fittings, window observation frames, shower heads and related bathroom fixtures. The tender bulletin specifies quantities and technical specifications for each lot, with items classified as locally available or imported. This procurement is open to all registered and unregistered firms operating in Pakistan, with tenders to be opened on 30 June 2026.
All participating firms must pay a non-refundable tender fee of Rs 500 per quotation via bank draft, pay order, cross cheque, or online transfer to the PN Nonpublic Fund LP Division IT Fund Account (PK04 MEZN 0001 7001 0321 0586). Unregistered firms are additionally required to provide bid security equivalent to five percent of the purchase order value in the form of a pay order or bank draft valid for six months. Registered firms are exempt from bid security requirements. Firms are encouraged to register with HQ COMLOG to avoid the security deposit by contacting SO Contract at 021-48506138.
Bid documents and detailed technical specifications are available from the Local Purchase Division. Standard delivery time for locally available items is fifteen days and for imported items is forty-five days. All laboratory testing charges, if required, shall be borne by the successful bidder.
