Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited (PRAL), Islamabad, invites prequalification applications from eligible transport and fleet management service providers for the provisioning of transport and fleet management services under an Open Framework Agreement arrangement. PRAL has allocated funds for operational expenditures and intends to award contracts to multiple vendors through a panel-based arrangement. The framework agreement will be established following a competitive bidding process and is expected to be signed in July 2026 for a period of three years. The procuring agency seeks to ensure on-demand provision of transport and fleet management services to PRAL through subsequent Call-off Contracts with prequalified service providers.
The prequalification process is open to all national applicants subject to fulfilling the eligibility requirements specified in the prequalification documents. Interested applicants must obtain the complete set of prequalification documents in English from the PRAL website at pral.com.pk and are instructed to remain in touch with the respective web-link for any amendments. Applicants should carefully review the qualification criteria, required documentation, and terms and conditions before submitting their applications.
Applications for prequalification must be submitted in a single sealed envelope to Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited, 2nd Floor, Galaxy Business Center, Street Number 9, Sector I-9/3, Islamabad, on or before 11:00 AM on 01st July 2026. Late applications will be rejected. Bid opening will be held at PRAL Office, Islamabad in the presence of the Bid Opening Committee and participating bidders. Only prequalified applicants shall be entitled to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings and invitation to bids.
