Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), a major gas utility in Pakistan, invites sealed bids for the supply of corrugated cartons. The tender enquiry reference LE-042/26 seeks qualified suppliers to deliver corrugated cartons to SNGPL's stores at Gurumanget Road in Lahore, Punjab. The procurement is open to local and international bidders and is being conducted as per Federal PPRA (Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) rules and procedures. Bidders must submit their firm and irrevocable offers in Pakistani Rupees on a free delivery basis to the specified location in Lahore.
Eligible bidders must possess valid business registration, relevant experience in manufacturing or supplying corrugated cartons, and be in good standing without blacklisting or debarment history. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond (specimen attached as Appendix D) and performance/warranty bond (Appendix E) as per tender requirements. The quotation must remain valid for 60 days from the tender closing date. Bids must strictly conform to the technical specifications provided in Appendix B and the general terms outlined in Appendix A. All offers must include certificates of full disclosure, non-collusion, and price reasonability as mandated.
Bid documents are available from the Procurement Department at SNGPL's Gas House, 1st Floor, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore. Sealed bids in duplicate (original and copy) must be submitted online through Federal PPRA E-PADS as well as in hard form addressed to the General Manager (Procurement) at the above address on or before 02 July 2026 at 1430 hours. Bids will be opened publicly on the same date at 1500 hours.
