Description / Scope of Work
COMSATS University Islamabad, a public sector university located in Islamabad, is inviting bids for the supply of IT equipment through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) using a single-stage two-envelope bidding method. The tender is identified as CUI-Proc/(TN-736/07/2026) and is open to income tax and GST registered firms and companies that are listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. Interested bidders must be registered on the EPADS platform at https://eprocure.gov.pk to submit their proposals.
Bidders are required to submit a refundable bid security of Rs. 70,000 in the form of a call deposit or bank draft drawn in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad (FTN/NTN: 9013701-9). A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded through EPADS, while the original hard copy must be physically submitted along with sealed bidding documents. All bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both General Sales Tax and Income Tax compliance. The complete tendering process will be conducted through the EPADS portal.
The closing date for bid submission is July 6, 2026, at 11:00 hours. Technical bids will be opened half an hour after the closing time in the presence of interested bidders at Room No. G-6/G-8, Ground Floor, Faculty Block-I, COMSATS University Islamabad.
