Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a major utility company in Punjab, invites sealed bids for the supply of polyvinyl chloride sheets under Tender Enquiry LEP-005/26. This procurement is open to qualified manufacturers and suppliers capable of meeting the specified technical requirements and delivery schedules outlined in the tender documents. The tender encompasses supply of PVC sheets with delivery required to conform to the Schedule of Requirements and Delivery as detailed in the bid documentation, with free delivery at the Coating Plant Lich Sharif location.
Bidders must be pre-qualified or approved manufacturers of the tendered item and are required to submit their quotations in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all government taxes and duties except sales tax, which will be mentioned separately. Bidders must provide a price reasonability certificate, certificate of full disclosure and non-collusion, and specimen bid bond and performance/warranty bond as per the specifications. A formal authority letter from the bidder's organisation authorizing the representative to attend the public opening of bids is mandatory. Only one authorized representative per bidder will be permitted to attend the public opening.
Bid documents can be obtained from Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, Gas House, 1st Floor Procurement Department, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Sealed bids in both original and duplicate copies must be submitted online through Federal PPRA E-PADS portal as well as in hard form at the aforementioned address on or before 09.06.2026 by 1430 hours. Bids will be publicly opened at 1500 hours on the same date.
