State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites sealed technical and financial bids for the supply of printing and stationery materials to support the Health & Accident Insurance operations in Peshawar Zone for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is issued under PPRA Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure and is advertised on the PPRA website and State Life's official portal. The procurement covers various printing and stationery items required throughout the year, with designs and themes varying for different batches to meet the corporation's operational needs in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Eligible bidders must be registered with EPAD (Electronic Procurement Auction Division) and maintain active GST and Income Tax registrations with the relevant government departments. Vendors must possess their own office facilities with working telephone and fax numbers, and should preferably be based in Peshawar. A compulsory pre-bid meeting must be attended by all interested bidders. Bids must be accompanied by separate Certified Deposit Receipts (CDR) of Rs. 50,000 for each lot applied for. Bidders must be NTN active and Sales Tax operative. No bid will be accepted without the requisite earnest money deposit.
Tender documents containing detailed specifications are available during office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday) from the State Life Building, 1st Floor, 34 The Mall, Peshawar Cantonment. All quotations must be submitted exclusively through EPADS platform by 15 July 2026 at 3:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for 3:30 PM the same day. Rates quoted shall remain valid for one year with no post-submission increases permitted. Orders will be awarded on the basis of total lowest price per lot, with separate rates required for each item.
