Description / Scope of Work
The DDO Civil Hospital Thowar Rondo, operating under the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, invites sealed tenders for the supply, delivery, and maintenance of various goods and services during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes local purchase of medicines and pharmaceuticals, stationery supplies, printing and miscellaneous items, ordnance store requisites, quotations for vehicle and motorcycle spare parts and engine oil and tyres, repair and maintenance of refrigerators and electrical equipment including solar systems, diesel and liquified petroleum gas supplies, miscellaneous items, oxygen cylinder refilling per kilogram, machinery and medical equipment repairs, furniture maintenance and repairs, and consumable food items for indoor patients. The total estimated value and scope encompass multiple categories of hospital operational requirements. Tenders are invited from eligible vendors and contractors willing to supply and deliver these items within the specified timeline at the hospital location in Thowar Rondo, Gilgit-Baltistan.
Eligible bidders must submit tenders in sealed envelopes in accordance with PPRA (Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) rules and regulations. Each tender category requires submission of earnest money or bid security ranging from PKR 10,000 to PKR 30,000 depending on the item classification. Bid security shall be deposited with any scheduled bank in the name of DDO Civil Hospital. Bidders must ensure compliance with all applicable procurement rules and regulations. Detailed specifications, estimates, and terms and conditions are available for inspection at the hospital office during official working hours.
Tenders for different categories will be received until 15 July 2026 and 16 July 2026, with opening scheduled on the same dates at specified times ranging from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk. Interested parties may obtain complete tender details and specifications during office hours.
