NED University of Engineering & Technology invites sealed bids for providing and fixing of concrete paver in front of the Environmental Engineering and Economics Department at the Main Campus in Karachi, Sindh. This civil works project has an estimated cost of Rs 1.085 million and is expected to be completed within two months. The tender is being processed through the EPDAS (Ehsaas Procurement and Distribution Application System) with a single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure. The Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) number is DP/101033/8561/149 dated June 16, 2026.
Bidders must possess at least three years of relevant experience in civil works, particularly in concrete paving projects. Eligible firms must have valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and/or Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), along with PEC registration where applicable. The average annual turnover for the preceding three years must not be less than Rs 1 million per year, verified through online annual returns submitted to FBR. A bid security of 2.5 percent of the total bid cost must be submitted in the form of a pay order made in favor of the Director Finance, NEDUET. Prospective bidders must also provide an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper certifying no litigation history, non-blacklisting status, and freedom from any corrupt, fraudulent, or collusive practices.
Bidding documents are available for download and submission exclusively through the EPDAS portal at https://www.portalsind.eprocure.gov.pk and the university website https://www.neduet.edu.pk. The bidding documents may be obtained from June 22, 2026, and must be submitted by July 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., with opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 a.m. Manual bids will not be accepted under any circumstances. Bidders should submit their best and final price as no negotiations are permitted after bid submission.
