Description / Scope of Work
Sealed bids are required for the project titled "Special Technology Zone (STZ) Package Road & Infrastructure Works, Education City, Karachi". The work follows a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Eligible contractors must hold a valid 2025–2026 Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in categories C-1, CE-01, CE-02, and CE-10 , and must be registered with the FBR and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB).
