Islamabad Capital Territory Police invites sealed bids for the procurement of stationary items during the financial year 2026-27 under Tender Notice #10. The procurement is being conducted through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) and is open to reputed firms and vendors with active NTN and STRN registrations. Bidding documents are available on EPADS at no cost, enabling vendors to participate in this procurement initiative for the Islamabad region, Pakistan's capital territory.
Bidders must be registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for e-procurement on EPADS. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bank Draft or CDR issued in the name of the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Logistics, Islamabad. The bid security documents must be scanned and submitted via EPADS, with original drafts forwarded to the General Branch office of AIG/Logistics at Sector H-11, Islamabad. The Islamabad Police reserves the right to decrease or increase the quantity of items according to budget requirements and operational needs.
Interested bidders must submit their bids and proposals online through the EPADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk on or before 3rd July 2026 at 1100 hours. Original bid documents and proposals must also be physically delivered to the General Branch office of AIG/Logistics, Sector H-11, Islamabad by the same deadline. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Central Police Office, Sector H-11, Islamabad.
