The District Blood Transfusion Officer at DHQ Hospital Bahawalnagarh invites sealed competitive bids through E-Pads from eligible bidders including firms, manufacturers, sole agents, distributors and agencies of sound financial background for the supply of laboratory items, general store items, linen, stationery and printing items to government institutions in Bahawalnagarh during the current financial year 2026-27. Two separate framework contracts are being advertised: the first covering lab items and general store linen items with an estimated budget of PKR 18,000,000 and bid security of PKR 360,000, and the second covering stationery and printing items with an estimated budget of PKR 3,500,000 and bid security of PKR 700,000. Interested bidders must possess well-established experience in providing supplies to government institutions and must be registered with relevant tax authorities. Bid security of two percent of the estimated cost, in the form of a call deposit from a scheduled bank, is required to be submitted with the bid. All bidders must ensure compliance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules, and valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided.
Bidding documents and detailed specifications can be obtained from the PPRA Punjab official website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the E-Pads portal. Bids must be submitted online through the E-Pads portal before the closing deadline of 16 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. The opening of bids will take place on 16 July 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure will be applied, and financial proposals found technically non-responsive will not be opened.
