Description / Scope of Work
Sukkur IBA University invites electronic bids through EPADS for the procurement of multiple items including desktop computers, laptops, furniture and fixtures, water chillers, electronic items, printing and stationery, TrendMicro Endpoint Security license renewal, tablet PCs, RFID card printers, electrical engineering lab items, electric items, photocopiers, hygiene items, and SIBAU letters for Sukkur IBA University and its campuses in Sindh. The estimated project cost is Rs 21.7 million. The procuring agency seeks eligible and experienced firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments. Single stage one envelope bidding procedure will be followed.
Bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments to qualify for participation. The bid security required is Rs 434,000, representing 2% of the estimated cost, to be submitted in the form of a pay order in favor of Sukkur IBA University. Detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and quantities are provided in the bid documents. Bidders are instructed to submit their best and final price as no negotiations will be permitted following submission.
Bid documents can be downloaded from www.iba-suk.edu.pk and https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk and must be submitted electronically through EPADS only; manual bids will not be considered. The submission deadline is July 2, 2026 at 3:00 PM through EPADS, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 3:30 PM. The original bid security pay order must be sent to Sukkur IBA University, Nisar Ahmed Siddiqui Road, Sukkur on or before the submission deadline.
