Description / Scope of Work
Sukkur IBA University invites electronic bids through EPADS for a Mess Framework Contract to provide mess services for IBA Community College Dadu. The procurement is for a single stage one envelope procedure on an estimated cost of Rs 9.108 million. The contract scope covers meal and catering services for the IBA Community College located in Dadu, Sindh province. Only eligible and experienced firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments are permitted to bid. Manual bids will not be considered under any circumstances.
Bidders must be registered with both income tax and sales tax departments to be eligible for participation. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost, equivalent to Rs 182,160, must be submitted in the form of a pay order favouring Sukkur IBA University. Bidders are required to submit their best and final price as no negotiations are permitted after bid submission. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS; any manual submissions will be rejected outright.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from www.iba-suk.edu.pk and https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk and must be submitted electronically through EPADS before 02 July 2026 at 03:00 PM. Bid opening will occur on the same date at 03:30 PM through EPADS. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per SPP Rules 2010 (Amended).
