Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Jatoi invites electronic bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers, and authorized sales and service dealers for a frame work contract of medicine local purchase and Zakat Program under the Day-Day scheme for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated budget for this procurement is Rs. 20,000,000 and the contract will be executed in Jatoi, Punjab. This is a significant healthcare procurement initiative aimed at ensuring adequate supply of medicines to support the hospital's operations and community health programs throughout the financial year.
Bidders must be eligible as defined in the bidding document and are required to submit bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated contract value in the form of a CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in favor of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Jatoi. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding procedures following the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 as amended.
