Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Protocol Punjab invites electronic bids for a framework contract for the supply of shawls under PPRA Rules 2014. This procurement opportunity is open to registered firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order service providers engaged in trading and registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The estimated cost of the contract is 4.85 million Pakistani rupees, with the framework contract awarded for a period of one year and extendable upon satisfactory performance. Bidders must be duly registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments to be eligible for participation. All electronic bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 0.097 million rupees (fixed at 2% of estimated cost) submitted in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in the name of Director General Protocol Punjab, S&GAD, Government of the Punjab. The bid security instrument must be submitted in a physical envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title before the electronic bid submission deadline.
Complete electronic bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement System (EPADS) website at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 02 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 12:00 PM the same day at the Directorate General Protocol Punjab office. Bidders are strongly advised to upload their bids well before the submission deadline. The original bid security must be delivered to the Procurement Office at Directorate General Protocol Punjab, 25 Zaman Park, Lahore before the e-bid submission deadline.
