Construction and Consultancy Services Tender by DW&CE DCI Islamabad

The Directorate of Works & Civil Engineering (DCI) Islamabad invites pre-qualification and bidding applications from firms and contractors for miscellaneous works at DCI Islamabad under tender reference 14/600/PPRA/E-6. The procurement scope includes construction, provision, and installation of certain residential, non-residential, services, and facilities at the DCI Islamabad location, as well as consultancy services covering design and RE supervision for certain works. Applications are open to firms enlisted with the Military Engineering Services (MES) as well as non-enlisted firms, with the latter required to attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the form of CDR or Defence Saving Certificates duly pledged in favor of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad.

Eligibility requirements mandate that bidders must demonstrate relevant work experience executed during the last three years with supporting documentation from the executing agency or organization, including contract amount, time allowed, actual completion time, percentage progress of works in hand, and departmental performance reports. Bidding documents will be issued to qualified contractors only after successful pre-qualification evaluation. Non-enlisted firms must provide the specified earnest money security to be considered for bid document issuance.

Applications for pre-qualification and bidding will be received from 17 June 2026 onwards until 01 July 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad by 1230 hours on 02 July 2026, and will be opened on the same date at 1300 hours in the presence of authorized representatives of bidding firms. All bids will be opened and evaluated according to the procedures prescribed in the bidding documents.
