Description / Scope of Work
The Anti Narcotics Force Headquarters Rawalpindi invites pre-qualification bids from interested and capable General Sales Tax (GST) or Punjab Sale Tax (PST) registered firms, organizations, and contractors for provision of various civil works, repair, maintenance, and replacement services on an annual running contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. The contract period shall be from the date of award through 30 June 2027. Services required at ANF HQ located at Wavel Lane Chaklala near Old Airport in Rawalpindi include weather shield and emulsion paint works, seepage treatment, sewerage line repair and maintenance, electrical repair and maintenance work, Sui Gas installation and maintenance, plumbing and sanitary accessories replacement, water supply works, masonry work, carpenter services, polishing, welding, pre-cast and pre-fabricated items, 2D/3D designing, architecture and interior designing works, and any other civil works including non-tender items.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), hold valid GST or PST registration, maintain active taxpayer status, and be registered on the Electronic Procurement Auction System (EPADS) platform. A bid security of Rs. 20,000 (twenty thousand Pakistani rupees) is required from all participating firms. Pre-qualification documentation must include undertakings and original affidavits on judicial stamp paper certifying non-blacklisting from any government or semi-government department. All proposals and prices shall remain valid until 30 June 2027. Firms providing unsubstantiated or incorrect information are liable to legal action and disqualification from bidding.
Bids must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS platform (https://eprocure.gov.pk/) no later than 01 July 2026 at 11:00 hours. No tenders will be accepted after this deadline. Bid opening will occur on the same date in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized representatives.
