Description / Scope of Work
The Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB), Government of Pakistan, located in Lahore, invites sealed competitive bids for the upgradation and renovation of Green Trust Tower in Islamabad, Punjab. This construction project involves comprehensive renovation and modernization works to enhance the structural integrity, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the tower. The scope of work includes all civil, mechanical, electrical, and associated works as detailed in the contract specifications and bill of quantities. Prospective bidders are required to conduct a mandatory site visit to assess ground conditions and project requirements before submitting their bids to ensure accurate cost estimation and feasibility planning.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors with the relevant tax authorities and possess valid registration with appropriate regulatory bodies. Bidders are required to submit a bid security in the form of either a bank guarantee or demand draft as specified in the bidding documents. All bids must be accompanied by complete technical and financial documentation, including proposed construction schedules, method statements, equipment lists, organization charts, and subcontractor details. The bidder must have relevant experience in similar construction or renovation projects and demonstrate financial capability to execute the work.
Bidding documents are available from the ETPB office at 09-Court Street, Lahore, and can be obtained by interested parties upon written request and payment of the prescribed fee. Sealed bids must be submitted before the deadline specified in the bidding data to the office address. Bids will be opened publicly at the scheduled date and time in the presence of bidders and their authorized representatives.
