Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, located in Karachi, invites sealed bids for the supply of security adhesive tape as per detailed specifications. This is a single-stage, one-envelope procurement procedure under tender reference LP/T-2376-A/26. The successful bidder will be required to print the name and logo of PSPC on the supplied tape following purchase order issuance. Bidders are advised that in case of any contradiction between tender documents and the Bill of Quantities or technical specification, the terms and conditions mentioned in the BOQ and technical specification will prevail.
Bidders must submit physical samples along with their bids; failure to provide samples will result in automatic rejection. A maximum of two options with separate samples and prices are permitted per bidder. All bids must include bid security as specified in the bid data sheet. Bidders are expected to be familiar with relevant procurement regulations and eligible countries as outlined in the bidding documents. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules framework and requires submission of an integrity pact by the successful bidder.
