Description / Scope of Work
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Multan Zone invites sealed bids from well-reputed firms registered with GST and NTN for the procurement of air conditioning units at its building located in Nawan Shaher, Multan, Punjab. The tender is issued under PPRA rules using a Single-Stage Single-Envelope procedure through the E-PADS portal. The procurement scope includes four units of 2-ton floor-standing air conditioners with full DC inverter technology and one unit of 1.5-ton split-type air conditioner with DC inverter compressor, all including professional installation. Specified brands include Gree, Haier, Orient or equivalent models meeting defined technical specifications for energy efficiency and high-temperature performance suitable for Pakistani climate conditions.
Bidders must be registered with the GST and Income Tax departments and possess valid NTN certificates. A bid security of Rs. 80,000 is required as per PPRA procurement guidelines. Bidders must also submit an advance tender fee of Rs. 15,000 as a mandatory requirement. The tender document is available free of cost and can be downloaded from the official PPRA website, State Life Insurance website, and the E-PADS procurement portal at no charge.
Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS portal on or before 6 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tender opening will occur on the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the State Life Building, Chowk Nawan Shahar, Multan.
