Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited (PIACL) invites sealed bids and electronic quotations through EPADS from eligible vendors on a Single Stage Single Sealed Envelope basis for the procurement of CPU, Monitor, Printer, USB Keyboard, Mouse and VGA Card. The tender is issued by the Local Purchases Commercial Section under the Supply Chain Management Department at PIA Head Office in Karachi, Sindh Province. The tender reference number is PIAC/PR/26010983/26, dated 16 June 2026, with a tender cost of Rs 30,000.00 and earnest money requirement of Rs 50,000.00. This is a commercial procurement intended to supply computer hardware components and peripherals required by the organisation.
Eligibility criteria require vendors to be renowned and eligible as per the bidding documents. Local bidders must submit earnest money of Rs 50,000.00 in the form of a pay order issued by a scheduled bank, payable in the name of Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited. The earnest money is refundable and must accompany the financial proposal. Bidders must also provide GST and NTN certificates, technical proposals, company profile, and certifications. Successful bidders will be required to furnish an additional security deposit of Rs 80,000.00 upon award of the contract.

Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 06-07-2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day. Hard copies of bids along with original bid security instruments must be submitted to the D.G.M Procurement Management, Supply Chain Management Department, 1st Floor SCM Building, PIACL Head Office, Karachi Airport-75200 before the closing deadline.
