CMES (Army) Rawalpindi-II invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for issuance of tender documents for construction, repair, minor maintenance, preventive maintenance, thermographic survey, direct current works, and miscellaneous building works in Rawalpindi, Punjab. This notice covers the supply of labour and E&M items, appointment of auctioneers at CMES (Army) Rawalpindi-II. The tender document with reference No.603/ 2SS /E6 is published for interested contractors seeking to participate in the pre-qualification process and tender submission.
Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and possess valid PEC registration certificates. Only contractors born on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, and D with demonstrated experience in similar construction and maintenance works are eligible to apply. Firms not on the approved MES list must furnish certificates detailing work executed during the last two years with departmental performance reports from the Engineer-in-Charge. Contractors shall provide declarations confirming no pending litigation with government departments and no adverse inspection reports. Pre-qualification applications must include complete credentials as specified and will be scrutinized prior to tender document issuance.
Applications for pre-qualification and tender documents must be submitted to the accepting officer by 1130 hours on 14 July 2026, with tender opening scheduled for 1200 hours the same day. Interested parties may contact CMES (Army) Rawalpindi-II office from 0800 to 1500 hours on working days for further details. Contractors are welcome to be present during tender opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA Rules Section 33(i).
