Tehsil Municipal Administration Mulkhow invites sealed tenders from registered government contractors for 61 development projects under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative for District Upper Chitral, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The tender is based on MRS-2025 first bi-annual schedule and covers multiple infrastructure and utility projects including construction and repair of link roads, bridges, water supply schemes, solar irrigation systems, water tanks, protection walls and community facilities. Total project scope encompasses road networks, water and sanitation infrastructure, renewable energy installations and public amenities across various locations within Upper Chitral district. The estimated total project cost ranges significantly with individual projects valued from 0.50 crore to 10 crore rupees, with earnest money requirements proportional to each project's scope. Projects include Purchase of Land for Higher Secondary School Khot, Chari reli bridge at Upper Chitral, WSS Shagram Ormu, Link Road at Kosht, Solar Water Scheme at Taxian Lasht Shagram, and numerous road repair and water infrastructure projects throughout the district.
Eligibility is restricted to government contractors listed with the Local Council Board Khyber Pakhunkhwa Peshawar and KPPRA with valid registration and license renewal for financial year 2026-27. All bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRA) as per requirements under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act 2013 and associated rules for works, consulting and non-consulting services. Bid security or earnest money amounts are specified individually for each project, ranging from 10,000 to 200,000 rupees depending on the estimated cost. Bidders are required to submit rates online through the new EFAD System, and only registered contractors can participate.
Tender documents can be downloaded from the EPADS website and KPPRA portal by original registered contractors. All bidding must be conducted through the new EFAD System; work orders awarded outside this system shall have no validity. Sealed tender submissions must follow the prescribed format with all required documents attached. The opening date for all projects is fixed at 09-07-2026.
