Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Haripur, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed competitive bids through the E-PAD system for two separate annual maintenance and repair schemes for the year 2026-2027. The first scheme covers annual maintenance and repair of civil works including repair of water supply and repair of valves for Haripur with an estimated cost of 12 million rupees and bid security of 280,000 rupees. The second scheme encompasses annual maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical works including repair of transformers, voltage regulators and pumping machinery for Haripur with an estimated cost of 14 million rupees and bid security of 320,000 rupees. Both contracts are to be executed in Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Eligible firms and contractors must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act 2013. Participants must hold valid CNIC, PEC registration with CE-09 code or electrical code valid enlistment certificate with works department, Form-H for companies, FBR and KPPRA online verification certificate or slip, and affidavit of CDR on stamp paper duly attested by oath commissioner. Contractors already working with PHE Division Haripur must submit performance certificates duly verified by the Executive Engineer. Those contractors issued letters for delay in works are ineligible. All bids must include bid entry fee of 0.03 percent of tender cost as non-refundable CDR.
Bid solicitation documents including bill of quantity can be downloaded from the official EPADS website (kppra.gov.pk). Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through EPADS before the closing date and time of 1200 hours on 8 July 2026. Bids received shall be opened on or after the stated date and time in the presence of bidders or their representatives who opt to attend. Clarifications and queries shall be communicated through EPADS. Call deposits and additional security will be retained until tender approval.
