Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Haripur, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids through the E-PAD system for annual maintenance and repair contracts for the year 2026-2027. Four separate contracts are being tendered with a combined estimated value exceeding PKR 50 million, covering civil works including repair of water supply and valves, and electrical and mechanical works including repair of transformers, voltage regulators and pumping machinery across Tehsil Khanpur and Tehsil Ghazi in Haripur district. The contracts follow single stage two envelope procedure under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) Rules 2014 and E-PAD regulations 2025.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to hold valid CNIC, PEC Registration with appropriate CE-09 civil code or electrical code valid enlistment certificates from the works department, Form-H for companies, and FBR and KPPRA online verification. Contractors must possess a workshop or warehouse in District Haripur verified by the Executive Engineer or Sub Divisional Officer, supported by ownership certificates or rent agreements. Previous contractors with PHE Division Haripur must submit performance certificates. Bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost plus stamp duty must be submitted through registered post or courier. Contractors with delay in works letters are ineligible. A non-refundable bid entry fee of 0.03 percent of tender cost is required as CDR.
Bid Solicitation Documents can be downloaded from the official E-PAD website (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA (kppra.gov.pk). Bidders must submit technical and financial bids through the E-PAD portal before 1200 hours on 09-07-2026, with original bid security documents sent separately by courier to the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Haripur. Technical bids will be opened after the submission deadline in the presence of bidders or their representatives. All clarifications and queries must be communicated through the E-PAD system.
