Renovation Tabba Washroom 2nd Phase by Institute of Business Administration

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites electronic bids for the Renovation Tabba Washroom 2nd Phase at IBA Main Campus, located in the University Enclave, Karachi, Sindh. This construction and renovation tender is being conducted under a single-stage, one-envelope procedure with a bid security requirement of 2 percent. The tender is open to active taxpayers and registered suppliers with SPPRA EPADS and relevant tax authorities. A tender fee of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) is required to obtain the bid documents.

Bidders must be registered with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) or relevant tax authorities, hold valid NTN (National Tax Number) and SRB/GST registration, and be active taxpayers. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft made in favour of IBA Karachi, equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated bid value. All bidders are encouraged to attend the mandatory site visit on July 2, 2026 at 12 noon at IBA Main Campus to familiarize themselves with the project scope and requirements.

Tender documents are available for download from the IBA website at https://www.iba.edu.pk/tenders/ and the SPPRA EPADS system at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. The tender fee challan must be generated from the IBA website and deposited at any Meezan Bank branch. Bidders must submit their duly signed and stamped bids through the SPPRA EPADS portal by July 8, 2026 at 2:30 PM, with original bid security and supporting documents delivered to the Office of Head of Procurement, Fauji Foundation Building, IBA Main Campus before bid opening at 3:00 PM on the same date.
