Description / Scope of Work
The Project Implementation Unit of the Education City Project, operating under the Investment Department of the Government of Sindh, invites procurement of works, goods and services for the financial year 2026-27. This annual procurement plan outlines the scheduled acquisition of various items and services required for the ongoing development and operation of the Education City Project in Sindh Province. The procurement encompasses multiple categories with estimated costs allocated across four quarterly periods, subject to funds availability and approval by the procuring agency head. The project is located at First Floor, Block B, Finance & Trade Centre, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi.
Eligibility and participation requirements are governed by the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) Rules 2010 and applicable public procurement regulations. Interested bidders must meet standard qualification criteria, possess relevant experience, and maintain valid registration with relevant authorities. All bidders are required to submit bid security and comply with technical and financial evaluation standards as per Rule 45 of SPP Rules.
