Description / Scope of Work
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites sealed bids for the procurement of 3 mailing machines as complete units through competitive bidding under National/Local Form. Bidders must possess valid income tax and sales tax registration and be on the active taxpayer list of the Federal Board of Revenue. This procurement is being conducted by the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control through NADRA Headquarters located in Islamabad, Federal Pakistan. The bidding process aims to acquire functional mailing machine units meeting specified technical requirements for operational deployment.
Participating bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and maintain active taxpayer status. Only one representative per bidder is permitted to attend the pre-bid meeting scheduled for 30th June 2026 at 11:00 hours PST at NADRA Headquarters, G-5/2, Islamabad. Alternatively, bidders may participate online via the provided Zoom link. Bid security submission is mandatory, and all bids must strictly adhere to specified timings to avoid rejection. The procurement process is governed by Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Detailed bidding documents containing comprehensive specifications, instructions, conditions, and forms are available on the EPADIS portal at https://epadis.gov.pk. Bidders must submit bids electronically through EPADIS on or before 24th July 2026 at 11:00 hours PST. The hard copy of bid security in original form must be submitted by 11:00 hours PST on the same date. Electronic bids will be opened on 24th July 2026 at 11:30 hours PST.
