Description / Scope of Work
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the provision and installation of an audio conference system at NADRA Headquarters in Islamabad. This tender is open to companies with valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration, maintaining 100% compliance with the Federal Board of Revenue and listed as Active Tax Payers. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per standard regulations, with complete details, terms, conditions, specifications and requirements available for registered bidders on the EPADS portal.
Bidders must possess proper tax clearance certificates and maintain active tax filer status to participate. Bid security is required as per tender specifications, and all bids must include the original hard copy of the security deposit. The procurement department reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 33 of FPRA 2004. Eligible bidders are requested to ensure strict compliance with all timelines and submission requirements.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 6th July 2025 at 11:00 AM, with manual bids no longer accepted for this tendering process. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM, with the hard copy of bid security to be submitted by 6th July 2025 at 11:00 AM. Any bids received after the deadline will not be accepted.
