Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Airports Authority invites electronic bids for the provision of sixteen traffic marshals at Jinnah International Airport in Karachi, Sindh for a contract period of two years. This procurement is issued under PPRA Rule No. 36(b) single stage two envelope procedure with an estimated fixed bid security of Rs. 450,000. The scope encompasses the supply and deployment of trained traffic marshalling personnel to manage vehicle and pedestrian traffic operations at the airport's passenger terminal building and associated facilities. The requirement reference is EPADIS v2.0 Ref No: P44237. This is a critical airport service contract supporting ground transportation and traffic flow management at one of Pakistan's largest international aviation hubs.
Bidders must register on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS V2) platform at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ for electronic bid submission. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 should complete the registration process before bidding, with a tutorial available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNVyR1387rIc. A copy of the bid security document must be uploaded on the EPADS V2 platform while the original must be submitted before the closing date and time of the technical tender. Bid submission is scheduled for 07th July 2026 at 11:00 AM with bid opening on the same date at 11:30 AM in the Main Conference Room at Level-06 of the Jinnah International Airport Karachi passenger terminal.
