Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Cricket Board invites experienced and professional entities registered with income tax and sales tax departments to submit electronic bids for rehabilitation and upgradation construction works at the NCA and LCCA ground in Lahore, Punjab. This single-stage two-envelope procurement follows the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADIS) process and is intended to comprehensively improve the sporting facilities at both cricket grounds through structured renovation and infrastructure development. Eligible bidders must be registered with tax authorities and maintain active taxpayer status. The electronic request for proposal containing detailed requirements, terms, conditions, and technical specifications is accessible through the EPADIS platform at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADIS by 11:00 am on 6th July 2026, with manual bids not accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am on the EPADIS portal. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 for subject procurement, with notification available on the PCB website at www.pcb.com.pk and on EPADIS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and annul the procurement process at any stage prior to acceptance of a bid in accordance with Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
