Description / Scope of Work
The Highways Division, Highways Circle No. 1, Attock, Punjab invites sealed competitive bids for special repair of roads across multiple locations in Attock district. The procurement encompasses seven separate road maintenance and rehabilitation projects with a combined estimated cost of approximately 5.15 to 10.18 million rupees. The projects include special repairs of road links in various areas including Chakki, Naka Ghulam Shah, Dholke Yaqoob, Dholke Babursar to Surang, Dholke Sabhu-Parri road, Nursa Gamsyard to Dholke Narn, and Attock City Bus Stand to Government Islamia High School. Each project has a completion period of three months and the works are spread across Attock district in Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors with relevant experience in road construction and repair works. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the tender documents. All bids must comply with the standard contract conditions and regulatory requirements set by the Highways Division. Contractors must possess valid registration and licenses as per government specifications for highway maintenance projects.
Bid documents can be obtained from the office of the Superintending Engineer, Highways Division, Attock, during working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted by the closing date of 30th July 2026 at 10:00 AM. The bid opening will take place on the same date at 10:00 AM.
