Description / Scope of Work
Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power (Pvt) Ltd., QASPL, invites applications from eligible contractors and firms to hire professional services for renovation of the Admin Block, construction of Officer's Accommodation, supplies of equipment, and miscellaneous civil works at the QASPL Bahawalpur site office in Punjab. The project scope encompasses comprehensive infrastructure development with an estimated bid security value of Rs. 2,787,000 (approximately 92.9 million Pakistani Rupees excluding applicable taxes). The tender is being floated through the National Competitive Bidding process under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, to ensure transparency and fair competition among qualified bidders.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms, companies, or joint ventures preferably holding relevant professional registrations under Pakistani law and demonstrating proven experience in comparable civil works and construction projects. All applicants are required to submit complete bidding documentation as specified in the tender document available through EPAD. Bid security in the form of Rs. 2,787,000 must be submitted at least one day before the tender opening, with the bidder submitting Bid Security only through Bank of Punjab as per PPRA direction vide letter No. SOJACS-4/2024 dated 19-05-2026.

Multiple civil works applications must be submitted through EPAD by 08-07-2026 up to 11:00 AM.
