Description / Scope of Work
The National Telecommunication Corporation, an official IT and Telecom Services Provider of the Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids from reputed suppliers and contractors for laying of GPON and OFC network infrastructure. Two separate projects are being procured: laying of GPON and OFC network at Lahore High Court Multan Bench and Multan City (LOT-I), and laying of OFC network at DCMA Gujranwala (LOT-II). These projects involve substantial network infrastructure development across Punjab province to enhance telecommunications connectivity in Lahore, Multan, and Gujranwala regions. Bidders must be service providers having relevant experience and holding current registration with tax authorities in Pakistan and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with minimum Category C-06 or above specialization in EE-07 or EE-08 for mentioned works.
Eligibility criteria require that only registered suppliers, contractors, and service providers meeting the specified PEC category requirements are eligible to participate. Bidders must possess valid tax registration and appropriate engineering council credentials. Electronic bid documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available for registered bidders on EPADs portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADs on or before the bid closing date and time of 07-07-2026 at 1030 hours, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 1100 hours. All bidders are required to consult the detailed bid documents available on the electronic procurement platform. Notification of GRC constitution is provided in accordance with Rule 48 of PPRA rules 2004 and is available on EPADs and www.ntc.net.pk.
