Renovation Tabba Washroom 2nd Phase by Institute of Business Administration Karachi

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites electronic bids for the renovation of Tabba Washroom 2nd Phase at IBA Main Campus, located in the University Enclave area of Karachi, Sindh province. This construction and works tender is issued under reference CW/20/25-26 and follows a single stage one envelope procurement procedure. The tender is open to active taxpayers and manufacturers, firms, companies, and suppliers registered with SPPRA EPADS and relevant tax authorities. The submission period runs from June 18, 2026 at 9:00 AM to July 8, 2026 at 2:30 PM. Physical bid security and original signed bids must be hand-delivered to IBA Karachi, Main Campus, University Enclave, Karachi 75270 before the opening time. Bids will be opened on July 8, 2026 at 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 2, 2026 at 12:00 Noon at IBA Main Campus.
