Description / Scope of Work
The Office of PD GSC FESCO, Faisalabad Electric Supply Company, invites electronic bids for the procurement of 05 laptops with specifications HP Core Ultra-7 16-inch latest generation, 32 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD in Natural Silver color. The tender is issued under the FY 2026-27 procurement plan with reserved funds allocated for this goods procurement. This is a national single-stage, one-envelope tender using Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement office is located at 132 kV Grid Station, Agriculture University, Near Darbar Baba Qaim Sain, Daewoo Road, Faisalabad City, Punjab Province.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 platform on or before Monday, July 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding document, or alternatively a Bid Security Declaration where not required by the procuring agency. Bidders should meet eligibility criteria and financial capacity requirements outlined in the bidding documents.
Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. E-bids will be opened on the same day, Monday, July 6, 2026 at 11:30 AM using EPADS v2.0. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
