Bahria University Islamabad Campus invites sealed bids for the purchase of stationery items, cleaning materials, papers and toners for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is divided into three lots: Lot-1 for Stationery with bid security of Rs. 74,750, Lot-2 for Cleaning Material with bid security of Rs. 50,000, and Lot-3 for Toners with bid security of Rs. 25,000. The tender is published on 17 June 2026 through newspapers, PPRA website and Bahria University website, with bids to be submitted by 06 July 2026. The purchaser is located at Shangrilla Road, Sector E-8, Islamabad.
Eligible bidders must have a minimum of 05 years of experience in similar field with experience certificates, and must have handled similar or high-value projects with documentary evidence including purchase orders and client completion certificates. Bidders are required to submit NTN certificate, Sales Tax registration, Income Tax certificate, FBR tax return of last one year, bank statements of last 02 years for financial capability assessment, and an affidavit on Rs. 50 stamp paper confirming non-blacklisting by any Federal or Provincial Government organization. Bid security shall be in the form of irrevocable, encashable call-deposit, bank draft or pay order in the name of Bahria University. Personal cheques are not acceptable.
Bidding documents are available for purchase at Rs. 5,000 non-refundable in cash from the Procurement Office in the Basement of Auditorium at Bahria University Islamabad before 06 July 2026. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS Version 2.0 only with hard copies and original bid security deposited in Procurement Office before 06 July 2026 at 1100 hrs. Bid opening will take place on 06 July 2026 at 1130 hrs. Prices must be quoted in Section-IV without GST but including all other taxes, transportation and labour charges.
