Description / Scope of Work
SUI Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a leading gas utility in Pakistan, invites sealed bids for the supply of twist title seals with barcode, QR code and UV impression under tender enquiry reference SND-2609/26. This procurement is issued from the Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan, and covers the supply of specialized security seals meeting technical specifications outlined in Appendix-F. The tender is open to both foreign suppliers and local manufacturers, with particular focus on items to be delivered to Lahore stores on a DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded) basis. The estimated scope involves supply of seals meeting specific barcode and QR code integration requirements essential for SUI's operational and security protocols.
Bidders must possess valid business registration, sales tax certificates, and income tax certificates as applicable to their jurisdiction. Foreign suppliers may bid through local agents, while local manufacturers must meet the qualification criteria specified in Annexure-IX. A bid security bond as per specimen in Annexure-II must be submitted in original form with technical proposals. The bid validity period is 90 days from the tender closing date, and bidders are required to submit complete proposals addressing all technical specifications without amendments during evaluation.
Bid documents are available from SUI Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, and sealed bids comprising separate technical and financial proposal envelopes must be submitted to the General Manager (Procurement), 1st Floor, Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, on or before 30 April 2026 at 1430 hours. Public opening of bids will occur at 1500 hours on the same date. Only authorized representatives bearing authority letters per Annexure-I may attend the opening ceremony.
