Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), a premier gas utility in Pakistan, invites sealed bids for the supply of electronic volume correctors under Tender Enquiry No. SND-2602/26. This procurement covers the supply of specialized electronic measurement equipment essential for gas pipeline operations. The tender is issued from the company's headquarters at Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, and encompasses both foreign and local manufacturers' participation. The scope includes technical literature, questionnaires on technical specifications, quantity offerings, and compliance with delivery schedules as detailed in the tender appendices.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including valid business registration, sales tax certificates (or income tax certificates for DPU-basis offers), and submission of original bid bonds as per the tender instructions. The bid security must be furnished in accordance with Clause 17 of the Instructions to Bidders, with specimen bond formats provided. Bidders are required to submit complete technical and financial proposals separately in sealed envelopes marked accordingly. Only technically responsive proposals will be evaluated for financial consideration, and bids found technically non-responsive will be returned unopened. During technical evaluation, no amendments to proposals shall be permitted.
Bid documents must be submitted in original plus two copies each in sealed outer cover marked confidential, addressing the submission to the General Manager (Procurement), SNGPL, 1st Floor, Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. The closing date for bid submission is 19 March 2026 at 1100 hours, with public opening scheduled at 1130 hours on the same date.
