Description / Scope of Work
DHQ South City Hospital District Multan, a healthcare facility under the Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids on a package-wise basis from registered firms, companies, and general order suppliers for the supply of various medical, surgical, and hospital consumables under Framework Contract 2026-27. The procurement encompasses 20 separate lots including L.P. medicine and surgical items, blood sugar strips, biomedical gases, janitorial and laundry items, general store items, stationery, printing materials, X-ray films and accessories, ink-jet X-ray films and printers, linen items, IT equipment and toner refilling, transportation of medicine, clinical chemistry reagents, special chemistry items, HBAIC (HPLC) method supplies, serum electrolytes, coagulation profile, serology items, phlebotomy supplies, and complete blood count items. The total estimated budget for all lots is approximately PKR 32.8 million, with individual lot values ranging from PKR 500,000 to PKR 5 million for the period 2026-27 in Multan, Punjab.
Eligibility criteria require all participating bidders to be registered with the E-PAD Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) PPRA Punjab and relevant tax authorities including Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS portal before 06-July-2026 at 10:00 A.M. (Monday). A bid security of 2% of the estimated price for each lot is mandatory in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order. Firms participating in multiple lots must submit separate documentation for each lot. In case of any discrepancy between the bidding documents and PPRA rules, the PPRA rules shall prevail.
Interested eligible bidders can obtain detailed bidding documents from EPADS and request additional information from the office of the Medical Superintendent at DHQ South City Hospital District Multan. Bids will be opened on 06-July-2026 at 10:30 A.M. (Monday) in the presence of bidders' representatives. All bids must include complete item descriptions with quantities, mode of procurement, technical specifications, warranty terms, and particular item requirements.
