Description / Scope of Work
The University of Gujrat invites sealed bids for the procurement of an ultra sound machine for its healthcare center located at Hafiz Hayat Campus, Jalalpur Jattan Road in Gujrat, Punjab. This tender, referenced as UOG/DP/2025-26/M&E/17, aims to supply modern diagnostic imaging equipment to enhance healthcare services at the university's medical facility. The project scope encompasses the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the ultra sound machine with full technical support and warranty as specified in the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered vendors with valid business registration and relevant authorization from the equipment manufacturer. Bidders are required to submit a bid security as specified in the bid data sheet and possess technical capacity to deliver and install medical diagnostic equipment. All documentation establishing the bidder's eligibility, qualification, and the goods' conformity to specifications must be included with the bid submission. Bidders must also provide evidence of past performance in supplying similar medical equipment and maintain valid business credentials throughout the bidding process.

Sealed bids must be submitted before the deadline, with the tender opening scheduled for 07-07-2026. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to vary quantities at the time of award in accordance with procurement regulations.
