Description / Scope of Work
University of Gujrat invites sealed bids from reputable firms and companies for repair and maintenance services of its generator facility. The tender is issued under reference number UOG/DP/2025-26/RM&E/02 with an estimated cost of PKR 1,478,717. The project is located at Hafiz Hayat Campus on Jalalpur Jattan Road in Gujrat, Punjab. This is a complete package contract for generator repair and maintenance services to ensure continuous power supply for university operations.
Eligible bidders must be companies, firms, or authorized dealers registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments for income tax and sales tax purposes, with an active taxpayer profile and adequate experience in repair and maintenance services. Bidders are required to submit 2 percent bid security in the form of CDR, demand draft, pay order, or bank guarantee in favor of the Treasurer, University of Gujrat. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately under the single stage two envelope bidding procedure.
Bidding documents are available for download from University of Gujrat website (www.uog.edu.pk) and Punjab PPRA website (ppra.punjab.gov.pk and www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Encrypted electronic bids must be submitted online through e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) at http://www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 07-07-2026 at 01:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 01:30 PM.
