Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a Gas Transmission and Distribution Company, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers and suppliers for the supply of one Public Address System for Board Room as a single lot. The tender enquiry is issued under reference LET/031/26 with an opening date of 6 July 2026. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possess a valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate, and be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The tender is being managed by the Procurement Department at the company's head office located at 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, in the Federal province.
Eligible bidders must submit earnest money in the form of a bank draft, pay order, or bid bond issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan, valid for 120 days from the bid opening date. The amount of earnest money is specified in the Schedule of Requirements (Appendix-B) of the bidding documents. Bidders must also provide complete documentation including copies of NIC for proprietors, partnership deeds, articles of association, GST certificates, national tax numbers, and valid professional tax clearance certificates. E-bids must be submitted through the EPADS platform at www.eprocure.gov.pk, and a hard copy of the original bid with all required securities and tender documents must be delivered to the Procurement Department.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, technical specifications, bid evaluation criteria, and price sheets are available for download from EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk on or before 6 July 2026 until 14:30 hours. The sealed bids must reach the Procurement Department, 1st Floor, Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, on or before 6 July 2026 at 14:30 hours (closing time). Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 15:00 hours at the same location.
