Description / Scope of Work
The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) invites competitive bids for the provision and installation of an audio conference system under tender reference NADRA-HQ-RFB-76/2026. This procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under National Competitive Bidding rules. The project is for NADRA's headquarters facility in Islamabad, Federal Pakistan. The tender seeks qualified vendors capable of supplying, delivering, and installing a complete audio conferencing solution that meets the technical specifications outlined in Section V of the bidding documents. The scope includes all necessary equipment, materials, labour, and commissioning to ensure a fully operational system ready for immediate use.
Bidders must meet eligibility requirements as outlined in Section IV of the standard bidding documents. Participation is open to national and eligible international vendors. Bidders are required to submit a bid security as specified in the Bid Data Sheet (Section III). All bidders must possess relevant experience in audio conference system installations and provide verifiable references. Registration with appropriate tax and regulatory authorities is mandatory. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Security and execute an Integrity Pact before contract award.
Standard Bidding Documents for this procurement are available from NADRA's procurement office at the headquarters location. Bids must be submitted in two separate envelopes containing technical and financial proposals respectively. Submissions should be made by the closing date of 6 July 2026. Bid opening will occur on the same date following the scheduled closing time. Interested bidders are advised to obtain complete documents, review all specifications and conditions of contract in Sections VII and VIII, and contact NADRA's procurement department for clarifications before bid submission.
