Description / Scope of Work
The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) invites pre-qualification applications from reputable and experienced car rental firms for the provision of comprehensive transportation services including bulletproof vehicles for the Pakistan-China Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Investment Conference and B2B scheduled from 16th to 19th July 2026 in Karachi, Sindh. The selected firm(s) shall provide chauffeur-driven vehicles encompassing cars, coasters, Hiace vans, SUVs, and Land Cruisers to facilitate airport transfers, hotel-to-venue movements, official meetings, and industrial/factory visits for Chinese delegates and conference participants. Transportation management and 24/7 operational support with standby vehicles and emergency replacements are mandatory requirements. Daily rental rates must include vehicle rental, chauffeur charges, fuel, maintenance, insurance, toll taxes, and parking charges with no escalation permitted throughout the contract period.
Interested firms must be well-established in Karachi with registered offices, possessing valid Income Tax registration, Sales Tax registration, and Sindh Revenue Board registration. All vehicles supplied must not be older than three years, be in excellent mechanical condition, fully air-conditioned, and professionally maintained. Chauffeurs must hold valid driving licenses and CNICs, possess basic English language proficiency for VVIP assignments, and wear prescribed uniforms comprising white shirts, black trousers, and black shoes. The service provider shall fully cooperate with security agencies and arrange necessary security clearances for all vehicles and drivers as mandated by relevant authorities.
Proposals prepared according to the prequalification document requirements must be uploaded on the E-PADS website at https://eprocure.gov.pk/ with supporting documents and pay-orders reaching TDAP's Karachi office by 11:00 a.m. on 3rd July 2026. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. at TDAP Head Office Karachi. The prequalification document containing detailed requirements, terms, and conditions is available for download from the E-PADS website. TDAP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals under PPRA rules.
