Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Navy invites bids from well-reputed, GST-registered, financially sound firms, contractors, and parties for undertaking janitorial and conservancy services at PNS SHIFA and its Area of Responsibility during the financial year 2026-27. The facility is located in DHA Phase-II on Korangi Road in Karachi, Sindh. The contract will remain valid until 30 June 2027, with services to be executed against a confirm contract issued by the Commandant PNS SHIFA following approval by HQ COMKAR. Eligible bidders must be GST-registered and demonstrate financial soundness. A single-stage two-envelope tendering system will be adopted, wherein technical bids are opened and evaluated first, with rejected bidders' financial bids returned unopened. Only technically qualified bidders' financial bids will be opened and evaluated. Bidders must submit a Bank Draft or Pay Order equivalent to 2% of the total bid value as refundable earnest money in favour of Account 29708 PN Ship's Fund Account PNS SHIFA; cheques are not accepted. The contract will be awarded to the technically lowest declared bidder based on grounds specified in the tender documents. Bids remain valid for 60 days, extendable up to 180 days.
Tender documents can be obtained from the undersigned upon payment of Rs.1,000 as stationary charges on any working day between 0900 and 1300 hours before the closing date. Both technical and financial bid envelopes must be sealed and clearly marked. Bids must reach the office by 1200 hours on 06 July 2026, with opening scheduled for 1230 hours the same day in the presence of interested firms.
