Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), through its Local Purchases Commercial Section and Supply Chain Management Department, invites sealed bids and electronic quotations for the procurement of laptops on a Single Stage Single Sealed Envelope basis. The tender is referenced as PIAC/PR-26010873/26 dated 19 June 2026. The tender cost is PKR 30,000 and an earnest money deposit of PKR 50,000 is required with the financial proposal. This procurement is open to renowned and eligible vendors meeting the bidding document requirements. The supply location is Karachi, Sindh, with delivery requirements and technical specifications to be detailed in the tender documents.
Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, authorized distributors of manufacturers with valid authorization letters, or registered vendors meeting PIA's procurement standards. Local bidders are required to submit copies of GST and NTN certificates along with company profiles and relevant certifications. Earnest money amounting to PKR 50,000 must be submitted as a Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in the name of Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited and must be payable in Karachi. Successful bidders will be required to provide an additional security deposit of PKR 80,000 upon contract award. All tenders without earnest money shall not be considered.

Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 06 July 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day.
