Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Navy invites sealed quotations from GST-registered, Professional Tax-registered, and Security-cleared firms for the provision of conservancy services at multiple naval installations including PNS HAIDER in Karachi, RIC Mauripur, RDS Nathiagali, and RIC Badin in Badin City, Sindh. This tender encompasses comprehensive maintenance and cleaning operations across these geographically dispersed naval facilities to maintain operational readiness and standards. The procurement is open to eligible contractors who meet the specified registration and clearance requirements.
Prospective bidders must be GST-registered, hold valid Professional Tax Registration, and possess security clearance certification from appropriate authorities. These eligibility criteria ensure that qualified and vetted service providers participate in the tender process. Firms must submit sealed quotations containing their proposed rates and service terms in accordance with tender specifications.
Tender documents are available for collection from PNS HAIDER in Karachi before 20 June 2026. Sealed quotations must be submitted to the Commanding Officer at PNS HAIDER, Ch Khaliq uz Zaman Road, Gizri, Karachi by 20 June 2026 at 11:00 hours. Tender opening will take place the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders. The Commanding Officer reserves the right to cancel any or all quotations after stating reasons.
